Photography and Media Consent
This explains how FLUX may use photographs or recordings taken when your vehicle is delivered. Giving consent is entirely voluntary. Declining or leaving the choice unanswered will not affect your subscription, delivery, eligibility, service level, or relationship with FLUX.
1. Content we may capture
Our team may take photographs or short recordings of you with the vehicle during delivery or handover. These may include your image, likeness, voice, and the delivered vehicle.
2. How we may use the content
If you consent, FLUX may use, reproduce, edit, publish, and share the content for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes, including on social media, websites, digital advertising, and other FLUX communications.
3. No compensation
You understand that you will not receive payment, royalties, or other compensation for FLUX's permitted use of the content.
4. Rights in the content
You grant FLUX permission to use the content for the purposes above. FLUX may adapt the content for format, size, or presentation while avoiding uses that are misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.
5. Personal data and privacy
Your image and related information are personal data. FLUX will handle them in accordance with applicable data protection law and the FLUX Privacy Policy.
6. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting FLUX at support@driveflux.com or +603 6411 5611. Withdrawal applies to future use. FLUX will take reasonable steps to stop using the content after receiving and processing your request, although material already published or shared may not always be fully retrievable.
7. How consent is recorded
If you select Yes, your consent is recorded against your FLUX customer profile together with the date and relevant technical audit details. FLUX will not ask you again during later deliveries unless the consent terms or your consent status change.
Consent declaration
By selecting Yes on the concierge's tablet, you confirm that you have read and understood these details and voluntarily consent to FLUX using the content as described above. Selecting No or leaving the choice unanswered does not provide consent.
