Campaign Mechanics:1. The MERDEKAFLUX24 Promo is applicable for

• All cars on the FLUX platform, and

• except for the weekly, Swap & 1 Month Subscription, and

• for 12, 36, and 60 Months plans only, and

• for all mileage packages, and

• for Individual & Business subscriptions.

1. Reservation must be completed by 23:59 UTC/GMT +8 hours, 30 Sept 2024.

2. Vehicle swaps are available for subscriptions under this promotion. However, the 50% Off First-month promotion will be voided. The Member must pay the full price of the first month before being able to swap to another vehicle.

3. Members are entitled to insurance, road tax, maintenance, and wear & tear (not applicable for 60 months plan) when subscribing to this Promotion.

4. Members are still liable to pay that cycle’s full monthly subscription fee in the event of early cancellation.

5. Members will undergo an eligibility/credit check before confirming the subscription.

6. A security deposit is applicable and is fully refundable less any service fee, tax, summonses, excess mileage charges, restoration fee and other charges, should there be any.

7. FLUX reserves the right to approve subscriptions and rebates from this Campaign at full discretion.

8. The above Terms & Conditions set out shall apply to all promo code uses.

1. How do I entitled to this Campaign? Create an account (www.driveflux.com.my), upload all the necessary documentation such as ID, valid driving license, and a valid payment method, and verify the account via email or phone verification code. Then, reserve your preferred vehicle within the campaign period.

2. What are the costs not included in my monthly subscription fee? Should there be any summonses, excess mileage charges, and restoration fees will be charged to you at the end of the subscription.

3. I have a valid 1st month promo code. Can I avail of this on top of the MERDEKAFLUX24 discount? No, you can only choose to utilize one of the available promotions.
