If you choose to Buy your car/motorcycle:

30 days from the end of your subscription period, our Customer Service team will contact you to determine if you want to purchase your car at the Guaranteed Future Value (GFV).

Confirm with us that you want to buy the car/motorcycle, and we will charge the Confirmation Fees to your payment method.

The dealership will collect your documents (IC and Driver’s License for processing.

For Hire Purchase Loan application, you will also need to provide your proof of income. The Hire Purchase approval process typically takes up to 5 working days.

You can then choose to purchase the vehicle Insurance from FLUX or from the dealership.

We will then arrange a suitable time to meet you at the dealership to deliver your vehicle, and to make payment for the car/motorcycle (full payment for Cash purchase or downpayment for Hire Purchase), roadtax and insurance.

The dealer will then take your car/motorcycle for Puspakom inspection and transfer of ownership at the Road Transport Department. This process can take up to 3 working days depending on slot availability.

Once this is complete, we will pick up the car/motorcycle from the dealership, uninstall the telematics device, and deliver your new car/motorcycle to you.
