Campaign Mechanics
Eligibility. Applies to the 50 campaign cars shown with the "YEAR END 50% OFF" label on www.driveflux.com (the "Campaign Cars"), on 24-month and 36-month plans only, for Individual and Business subscriptions. Only new subscriptions qualify: a new contract entered into during the Campaign Period, including an existing Subscriber taking an additional car, or a former Subscriber whose previous subscription ended at least one month before the new one starts.
Exclusions. Does not apply to vehicle swaps, upgrades or changes under an existing subscription; renewals or extensions; plans other than 24-month or 36-month; or any car that is not a Campaign Car.
Discount. The Subscriber receives 50% off the monthly subscription fee for the first month only. The standard monthly fee applies from the second month onwards.
Scope. The discount applies to the base monthly fee only, not the security deposit, add-ons, delivery or collection fees, excess mileage, restoration fees, summonses, tolls, fuel or other charges. Applicable tax is calculated on the discounted fee.
Limited availability. Each Campaign Car is for one subscription only, allocated first-come, first-served by when FLUX receives the RM49 reservation fee. The RM49 fee is non-refundable in all cases (approved, declined or cancelled). Reserved cars show as unavailable on www.driveflux.com. Subject to vehicle availability while stocks last; the promotion may end before 31 December 2026 if all 50 Campaign Cars are reserved.
Reservation hold. A reserved Campaign Car is held for no more than 7 working days from the reservation date to complete verification and arrange delivery. FLUX will contact the Subscriber by phone, WhatsApp and email using the registered FLUX account details. If the Subscriber cannot be reached or does not respond within that period, FLUX may cancel the reservation and release the car; the RM49 fee is not refunded. This clause does not apply where the delay is caused by FLUX.
Payment deadline. The subscription must be submitted, the promo code applied, and all payments (RM49 reservation fee, first-month fee and 2-month refundable security deposit) completed by 23:59 (UTC/GMT +8 hours) on 31 December 2026.
Delivery. All Campaign Cars must be delivered on or before 31 December 2026, subject to vehicle availability. Delivery of a new car may take 3 to 4 weeks from payment of the security deposit and first-month fee, so subscribers should pay early enough to allow delivery within the Campaign Period.
Eligibility assessment. All subscriptions are subject to FLUX's eligibility assessment and document verification. FLUX may decline any application at its sole discretion; the RM49 fee is non-refundable and the Campaign Car will be released to other customers.
Cancellation before delivery. Cancelling before delivery lapses the reservation and promotional benefit. The Campaign Car is released to other customers and the RM49 fee is non-refundable.
Early cancellation. If the Subscriber cancels before the end of the 24-month or 36-month term, the promotional benefit is void. Any promotional amount already enjoyed becomes payable and may be charged to the registered payment method and/or deducted from the security deposit.
Coverage. Subscribers are entitled to insurance, road tax, maintenance and wear and tear coverage, subject to FLUX's applicable subscription terms.
Security deposit. A deposit equal to 2 months of the standard monthly fee applies. It is fully refundable, less any service fee, tax, summonses, excess mileage, restoration fees and other applicable charges.
No stacking. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, promo code, referral reward or offer. Only one promotion may be used per subscription.
Changes. FLUX may amend these Terms & Conditions, or suspend or end the campaign, with notice on www.driveflux.com. Confirmed subscriptions are not affected.
Precedence. These Terms & Conditions apply together with FLUX's standard subscription terms. If there is a conflict on the campaign, these Terms & Conditions prevail.

How do I qualify?
Create an account at www.driveflux.com . Upload your ID, valid driving licence and valid payment method.
Verify your account via the email or phone verification code.
Select a Campaign Car and a 24-month or 36-month plan.
Apply promo code YEAREND50 during subscription.
Pay the RM49 reservation fee early enough for delivery by 31 December 2026, while Campaign Cars are available.
Stay reachable for document verification. Cars are held for up to 7 days.
After approval, pay the discounted first-month fee and refundable security deposit (2 months' fee). We will then arrange delivery.
How does the 50% discount work?
You get 50% off your first month's subscription fee. From Month 2, the standard monthly fee applies. The discount does not cover the security deposit or other charges.
Which cars are included?
Only the 50 Campaign Cars labelled "YEAR END 50% OFF" on www.driveflux.com. Each car can be reserved once; once taken, it shows as unavailable.
I am an existing FLUX subscriber. Can I join?
Yes, with a new subscription, such as an additional car. Vehicle swaps, renewals and extensions of your current subscription are not eligible.
How long will FLUX hold my reserved car?
Up to 7 working days. If we cannot reach you within that period, the car will be released and your RM49 reservation fee will not be refunded. Please keep your phone, WhatsApp and email reachable.
What happens if I end my subscription early?
If you cancel before the end of your 24-month or 36-month term, these amounts become payable:
the 50% first-month discount you received, and
an early cancellation fee of 3 months' monthly fee or the remaining balance, whichever is lower.
FLUX may charge these to your registered payment method or deduct them from your security deposit.
What costs are not included in my monthly subscription fee?
Tolls, fuel, summonses, excess mileage, restoration fees and other applicable charges are billed separately.
Can I use another promo code or a referral reward together with this promotion?
No. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, promo code, referral reward or offer.
