Who pays for summons and fines? What about for minor damages?
As the Host is the registered owner of the vehicle, traffic summons and fines will be sent to the Host. The Host must then inform FLUX if any such fines and FLUX will remit payment to the host for settlement while claiming the amount from the member.
Any damages that are beyond wear & tear, or too minor to warrant an insurance claim, will be compensated for by the FLUX member.
