What happens if I failed to pay the outstanding amount promptly?
FLUX has the right to repossess the car and hold onto it, in the event of failure for more than 7 days during which the member is still liable for the subscription fees and any other associated fees incurred during the period (maintenance, excess mileage fees and etc.)
Repossession fee of RM 250.00 (excluding a 6% service fee) is chargeable to FLUX member for any repossession activity.
