Microlino Weekly Subscription Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to the Microlino Weekly Plan, the Customer (“you”) agrees to the following:

1.

Pricing & Payment:
The weekly plan is RM1,250 for 5 days, plus a 10% service charge. A refundable deposit of RM1,136.36 is required. All fees and the deposit must be paid in full before vehicle handover.

2.

Bookings & Availability:
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Pick-up and drop-off take place at the Flux office unless otherwise agreed.

3.

Intended Use:
The Microlino is designed for city driving. It must not be used for hard driving, racing, Genting trips, highways restricted by JPJ, or any activity that risks overheating or brand damage.

4.

Safety Notice:
Customers acknowledge that the Microlino does not have ABS, traction control, or a brake booster, and agree to drive responsibly.

5.

Charging & Operation:
The key must remain inserted when charging. Flux staff will brief customers on proper charging and operation; customers are responsible for correct use at all times.

6.

Condition & Liability:
The vehicle and its accessories (keys, charging cables, etc.) must be returned in the same condition as received. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit, but liability is not limited to the deposit. Customers remain fully responsible for all excess costs, damages, or losses.

7.

Compliance:
Customers must obey all Malaysian traffic laws and are responsible for any fines, summonses, or towing incurred during the subscription.

8.

Brand & Confidentiality:
Customers must not share or publish content (photos, videos, posts) that could harm the Microlino brand or attract unwanted regulatory attention.

9.

Termination:
Flux may terminate the subscription immediately if these terms are breached. In such cases, fees are non-refundable and deposits may be forfeited.

10.

Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by Malaysian law and disputes are subject to Malaysian courts.
