New Payment Policy for Service Expenses
1. What is the new payment policy?
Effective 12 June 2025, FLUX will apply a 15% administrative surcharge when processing payments for services like maintenance fees. This surcharge will be added to the total amount and deducted from your next payout.
2. Why is this change happening?
To help maintain our operational efficiency and continue providing high-quality service to our subscribers, we are updating our payment processing policy.
3. How can I avoid the 15% surcharge?
To avoid the surcharge, you can pay the service provider directly by the deadline provided by our Customer Service team. This ensures you have control over your expenses.
4. How does this work in practice?
For scheduled maintenance or other services, we will notify you when payment is due.
You need to pay the service provider directly by the deadline given.
If we do not receive confirmation of your payment by the deadline, FLUX will process the payment on your behalf and add the 15% surcharge.
This total amount (service fee + surcharge) will be deducted from your next payout.
5. Why is this change happening?
The surcharge will apply if FLUX processes a payment for you due to a missed payment confirmation by the due date.
6. What happens if I don’t pay the service provider directly?
If payment is not made by the deadline, FLUX will process the payment on your behalf and add the 15% surcharge to your total amount, which will then be deducted from your next payout.
7. How will this change affect my payouts?
The surcharge will be deducted from your next payout, which will include both the original payment and the 15% administrative surcharge.
