I’m returning my car/motorcycle, is there anything I need to do?
Before you return your car/motorcycle, please ensure the car/motorcycle is in the same condition from when you first received it.
Please ensure that the Vehicle is clean and has been refuelled with a full tank and there is no damage to the Vehicle. Should you be unable to complete the above, our concierge will be happy to help you out, however these items will be charged to your account including processing fees.
When returning the car/motorcycle, our concierge will inspect and document the condition of the vehicle and walk you through the entire car/motorcycle return process.
For EVs, please ensure the car is fully charged in top of a cleaned car/motorcycle.
