Campaign Mechanics:
1. The BIRTHYAY100 Promo is applicable for
only when you are a recipient of the birthday email sent from FLUX
any cars on the FLUX platform, and
except for swap & 1st Month Subscription, and
for 12, 24, and 36 Months plan only, and
for all mileage packages, and
for Individual subscriptions only.
2. Reservation must be completed by 23:59 UTC/GMT +8 hours, on the last day of your birthday month.
3. Vehicle swaps are available for subscriptions during the promotion period. However, any existing and current promotion amount will be voided. The Member must pay the forfeited promo fee before being able to swap to another vehicle.
4. Members are entitled to insurance, road tax, maintenance, and wear & tear when subscribing to this Promotion.
5. Members are still liable to pay the forfeited promo fee in the event of early cancellation.
6. Members will undergo an eligibility/credit check before confirming the subscription.
7. A security deposit is applicable and is fully refundable less any service fee, tax, summonses, excess mileage charges, restoration fee and other charges, should there be any.
8. FLUX reserves the right to approve subscriptions and rebates from this Campaign at full discretion.
9. The above Terms & Conditions set out shall apply to all promo code uses.

1. How do I entitle to this Campaign?
As a registered FLUX user, you will receive an email from FLUX on your birthday with the special promo code. Once you received the email, go to driveflux.com, choose a vehicle, upload all the necessary documentation such as ID, valid driving license, and a valid payment method, and verify the account via email or phone verification code. Then, reserve your preferred vehicle anytime within your birthday month.
2. What are the costs not included in my monthly subscription fee?
Should there be any summonses, excess mileage charges, and restoration fees will be charged to you at the end of the subscription.
3. I have a valid promo code. Can I avail this on top of the BIRTHYAY100 discount?
No, you can only choose to utilize one of the available promotions.
4. I could not apply other promo code on your website to make a reservation.
