Can I swap my car/motorcycle ?

Yes, you can swap your vehicle! One of the great benefits of being a FLUX member is the flexibility to switch vehicles after using your current car or motorcycle for a minimum period of one (1) month. Here's how it works:

How to Swap Your Vehicle:

  • Visit our website and browse through our collection of cars and motorcycles.

  • Once you find a vehicle you'd like to swap to, reserve it on the website just as you did with your current vehicle.

  • A Swap Fee* applies for the new vehicle.

Reservation Confirmation and Delivery:

  • After you reserve your new vehicle, our Customer Service team will contact you to confirm the details of your reservation.

  • You can schedule the start date of your new subscription, and the vehicle will be delivered to your chosen location on the agreed date and time.

Subscription Terms for Swapped Vehicles:

  • When you swap to a new car or motorcycle, your original subscription duration remains unchanged.

  • To exercise the option of purchasing the new vehicle at its Guaranteed Future Value (GFV), you must complete the full subscription duration of the new vehicle.

Restrictions for NEW Vehicles:

  • Vehicles listed as "NEW" are not eligible for swapping within the first twelve (12) months of subscription.

  • Members can swap a "NEW" vehicle starting from the 13th month of use.

*Kindly note that, effective 1st January 2025, the service fee for all existing and new subscriptions will be adjusted to 10%.
