What happens if I failed to pay the outstanding amount promptly?

FLUX reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without prior notification if payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days. Our team will proceed with repossession promptly and without any notice.

During this period, the member remains responsible for the subscription fees and any additional charges incurred, including but not limited to maintenance costs and excess mileage fees.

In the event of repossession, a fee of RM 500.00 (subject to a 10% service fee) will be charged to the member to cover repossession activities.

We strongly encourage members to address any payment concerns promptly to avoid service disruption, repossession, and additional fees. For assistance, please contact our support team.
