FLUX Referral Program 2024

Campaign Title: FLUX Referral Program 2024

The FLUX referral programme incentivises our selected subscribers to refer their friends or family to subscribe to cars with FLUX. Participants stand a chance to earn RM1,000 for each successful referral, with the potential to earn up to RM10,000 a month.

By participating in the referral programme, subscribers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

FAQs:

    1.

    What is the period for this campaign?
    The campaign period runs from 6th April to 30th April 2024.

    2.

    When do I receive the payment?
    You will receive payment within 3-5 working days upon successful delivery of the car to the referee. Payments will be made through bank transfer or DuitNow to your Malaysian bank account.

    3.

    How do I know if the referral is successful?
    Our team will contact you and it will be reflected to the referred person to update you about the subscription status. You can also reach out to the representative who promoted the referral to you. Alternatively, you can call our customer service for assistance at 03-6411 5611.

    4.

    Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make?
    Each subscriber can refer up to 10  referrals during the campaign period.

    5.

    What happens if the referred person cancels their subscription before the car delivery?
    If the referred person cancels their subscription before car delivery, the referral will be considered unsuccessful, and you will not receive the referral reward.

    6.

    Are there any restrictions on who I can refer to?
    Referrals must be individuals who are eligible for FLUX subscriptions and meet FLUX's subscription criteria. Referrals cannot be existing FLUX subscribers.

    7.

    Can I request a deduction of the reward amount from any of my subscription months?
    No, the reward amount cannot be deducted from any of your subscription months.

    8.

    What happens if there is a dispute regarding the referral or reward?
    Any disputes regarding referrals or rewards will be handled by FLUX's customer service team. You can reach out to us at 03-6411 5611 or email [customer service email] for assistance.
